Research Interests:

I am interested in investigating how perturbations of physiological state impact motivated behavior and underlying dopamine neurotransmission. In the lab of Dr Mitchell Roitman, I study the influence of metabolic state, fluid balance and visceral illness on phasic dopamine signaling in response to both natural and drug rewards.
